To provide the App’s core functionality, we collect:

We may collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app usage data to help us maintain and improve the App.

3. How We Store Your Information
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party backend service provider. Supabase hosts our database and file storage on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices, including Row Level Security, to ensure that only you can access your own receipts and account data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or receipt data to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
– With service providers (such as Supabase) who help us operate the App, under confidentiality obligations
– If required by law, subpoena, or legal process
– To protect the rights, safety, or property of Savvy Scan, our users, or others
5. Your Rights and Choices
Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App, under Settings.
Access & Correction: You may view, edit, or delete individual receipts and data within the App at any time.
Data Export: You may contact us to request a copy of your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.
7. Children’s Privacy
Savvy Scan is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
